For the dough:
* Honey – 80-90gr (2-3st.l.)
* Sugar – 2/3 cup
* flour – 2,5-3stakana
* Eggs – 3 pcs
* Soda – 0,5ch.l.
For the cream:
* 15% cream – 800ml
* curd – 600gr (I use cheese curds)
* Sugar – 1 cup
lightly beat eggs with sugar and liquid honey. Add hydrated soda (sometimes replace the baking powder, the difference did not notice).
Pour the flour and knead a soft dough. Because of the honey, it can slightly stick to hands.
Divide dough into 3 parts.
